Pin Me Up Chicago is a one-stop picturesque hair and makeup agency. Since 2009 we’ve been captivating the beauty industry with the most elite artists in the city. With over 3000+ happy brides and counting. With a love for special occasion styling and working downtown in the loop I started to work on location and fell in love with the excitement and fun of a group of ladies getting ready for a wedding day. Quickly, this fun turned into a need for a team. While working with some of the top hair and makeup artists in the city we organized, trained, and mobilized a hand selected team of experienced beauty pros. In 2022 we serviced over 600 brides with a team of over 80 artists. We have been featured on WGN & NBC, The Knot Best of Weddings 9 years in a row, as welll as many blogs and wedding magazines. Headquartered out of our salon in River North we are always growing and hiring artists for our diverse talented team of on-location beauty pros.
ROW 24 is a family-run event space, located in the historic Motor Row district in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. Our venue’s historic sophistication provides a perfect backdrop for unforgettable events. From a corporate lunch meeting, to a fairytale wedding, and of course my favorite, beauty business events. My husband and I literally dreamt up this business from the bricks in and every crystal on our chandeliers. We work with our family, who collectively have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and service industries. We came together to cultivate a business that is more than just another event space. Carried out with love always, we broke in the space with our very own wedding being the first event in May 2017. By offering a truly collaborative experience and a highly customizable venue, ROW 24 is a full service wedding and special event location for all kinds of gatherings and special events.

Co-founded by the late John Dellaria, and Joe Tucci with over 40 years of engineering and innovation, Shuga Hair Care is my only option for all at home and in salon hair care needs. Being on the Shuga Hair Care team, sitting on the best kept beauty biz secret for now 10 years, and underneath the best mentors ,we are moving Shuga into the main stream. It is my goal to get our Queen Bee, Shuga Leave in Conditioner, into every household in America while upholding a socially responsible, cruelty free, and empowering brand.
Snips of Success provides professional pre-interview grooming services to disadvantaged job-seekers. We do this by partnering with job-placement programs to arrange services for their clients with our volunteer team of SOS-approved licensed beauty industry professionals. With Co-founder Dee Marie Boozer, We knew that we could do more. With our combined beauty buisness experience, educator experience, and strong networks we set out to organize beauty professionals of all kinds to service people in need. Partnering with other NFPs and providing sensitivity training to our volunteers. The Goal- First impressions are made in the first 7 seconds... our goal is to keep our clients in the interview until the 8th second. Grooming that changes lives.
Mane Mob is a unit of diverse, forward thinking professionals that share a passion to equip the next generation with tools to advance within the beauty industry with complete confidence. Mane Mob’s mission is to create a non competitive platform for beauty professionals to collaboratively inspire and support each other by creating local bonds within the industry. Mane Mob wants to inform, inspire, and educate hair enthusiasts to realize their full potential and remove limitations of their artistic ability. Mane Mob puts emphasis on local, Chicago/midwest business and independent products. Our culture is an “all are welcome” culture which stresses the importance of diversity. We encourage everyone to be the change they want to see in the industry. With a need for comradely in the midwest as a salon owner and educator I set out to get like minded professionals together. In 2015, we started with meet ups and an Instagram platform and now we host buisness coaching, live photo shoot, education, and collaborative mastermind events. Our quarterly event STYLE LIVE is an industry mixer with a live interactive Photo/Video shoot showcasing Chicago's Top Beauty Pros. Collaborating with experienced editorial photographers to create amazing finished images for their Portfolio, Professional, and Social Media use. Our mobsters are making waves in the industry from all angles and we love to be a part of supporting artists in their journeys.
Mane Space is a full-service salon Located in the heart of the Chicago-Loop, we gaze over Millennium Park and Lake Michigan. I found my forever salon home in the Garland Building at 111 N. Wabash in 2009. Starting with a studio on the seventh floor, Mane Space now houses ten stations in one space, two salon suites in another, and a four chair studio in another. Clients are welcomed to an eclectic, diverse, niche-focused team of professionals. Our studio is a home for industry professionals to be a part of building a legacy of beauty, education and creative genius. Guest technicians and traveling stylists also blend into the decorum of the Mane Space Experience. With a hybrid business model of commission, booth rental, part-time, and full-time technicians, Mane Space has a great mix of technicians and all different stages in their careers with all sorts of specialties.
Neon Avenue Salon is Chicago's primary residence for beauty, style, and opportunity. Our mission is to connect outstanding independent hairstylists with a lavish client experience. In 2017 I joined with my business partner James to acquire yet another salon space on the eighteenth floor of the Garland Building. Being a successful stylist, salon, and business owner for the last decade, James has created his own unique footprint in the Chicago’s beauty scene as a stylist, educator, and independent artist. This collaboration stems from our mutual passion for education and never-ending drive to empower stylists to reach their full potential. With years of dedication, experience, and motivation, we have worked our way up the ladder to the top of the industry.
Beautyhood is a beautician studio & lifestyle boutique in Wicker Park. This collaborative workspace highlights independent artists that are masters in their craft, while embracing “different” definitions of what beauty is. Our team will not only provide luxury services in all things beauty, but also certifies and trains future professionals in specialty services. In 2019 Noemi DeLuna had a vision for a collaborative work space. After finding the perfect location and creating a whole ass vibe, Beautyhood came to life. Together myself and Mimi created a business plan to bring artists and students together while providing the most sought after services to our hood.
Meet PB Suites, the expansion of Peer Beauty- a collaborative beauty co-working space featuring premier private suites in the heart of the Gold Coast. Both Peer Beauty & PB Suites provide a hygienic & safe workspace solution for independent practitioners.
Shortly after Sam and I rented all the rooms at Peer Beauty we realized the need for beautiful, hygienic, functional, private suites. We also realized the need for solutions to the legal and business complexities for novice and seasoned beauty entrepreneurs.

Peer Aesthetics is a Medical Servicing Organization providing solutions to the legal and buisness complexities for novice and seasoned Medical Aesthetic Entrepreneurs. After working with our Independent APRN Alice Tudor, Sam and I quickly realized the need for support in the independent medical aesthetics space. Many independent aesthetic entrepreneurs enter into this space part-time along side full time careers in the medial field. We provide a membership based part time work space solution along with buisness, legal, and compliance support to independent aesthetic practitioners.
